摘  要:铁尾矿是开采铁矿石选矿后的产物,它是一种固体工业废弃物。其产量极大,后期存放占用大量土地资源,而且会对周围环境造成各种不利影响。主要以抗压强度为出发点研究固化剂改良铁尾矿后的路用性质。通过检测其无侧限抗压强度获得数据并分析可以得出以下结论:随着固化剂掺量的增加,土凝岩和水泥改良铁尾矿试件无侧限抗压强度的差异逐渐缩小。从经济的角度考虑,土凝岩改良铁尾矿试件优于水泥改良试件。压实度为93%时,随着龄期的增长各种固化剂掺量改良铁尾矿试件无侧限抗压强度值曲线均呈上升态势,水泥改良铁尾矿试件的强度总体上优于土凝岩改良的试件强度,且都符合标准要求。Iron tailing is the product of iron ore mining and beneficiation.It is a kind of solid industrial waste.Its output is huge,and the later storage takes up a lot of land resources,and will cause various adverse effects on the surrounding environment.In this paper,based on the compressive strength,the road properties of iron tailings improved by curing agent are studied.By testing the unconfined compressive strength,the data can be obtained and analyzed,and the following conclusions can be drawn.With the increase of the amount of curing agent,the difference of unconfined compressive strength between the test pieces of cementitious rock and cement improved iron tailings is gradually narrowing.From the economic point of view,the iron tailing sample improved by concrete is better than that of cement.When the compactness is 93%,the curves of unconfined compressive strength of the improved iron tailings with different amount of curing agent increase with the increase of age.The strength of the cement improved iron tailings is better than that of the cement improved iron tailings,and all meet the requirements of the standard.
