摘  要:热量表分户计量是促进节能环保、按需收费的有效途径,但在实际运营过程中却存在着不同住户热量差异巨大的问题.通过对张家口市两个典型户型居住建筑的耗热量进行理论分析,研究了户型位置对耗热量的影响,提出了在维持原节能标准的前提下,通过改变不同方向住户围护结构热工性能的方法,可以有效减小不同位置住户采暖耗热量的差异,使热计量更加合理.以期为推广供热计量政策提供参考。Household metering of heat meters is an effective way to promote energy conservation,environmental protection and on-demand charging.However,in the actual operation process,there are huge differences in the heat of different households.Based on the theoretical analysis of the heat consumption of two typical residential buildings in Zhangjiakou City,the influence of the location of the house on the heat consumption is studied in this paper,and suggestions to change the thermal performance of the residential envelope structure in different directions while maintaining the original energy-saving standards are proposed.The method can effectively reduce the difference in heating consumption of households in different locations,making the heat metering more reasonable,so as to provide reference for promoting the heating measurement policy.
