摘  要:为了综合考虑水库泄水设施调度,提出了基于泄流曲线的纳雨能力计算方法,与不考虑泄水的方法进行对比。以江门市镇海和大隆洞水库为例,分析两种方法的适用性和特点。研究结果表明,不考虑泄水的纳雨能力计算方法偏保守且波动程度大,但能实现快速估报,适用于基础资料少的有闸门控制水库。基于泄流曲线的纳雨能力计算方法精度高且结果稳定,可作为防汛抗旱决策的首选方法,适用于防洪调度方案完备的水库,实际运用中可以补充不考虑泄水的纳雨能力结果作为参考。In order to comprehensively consider the operation of reservoir discharge facilities,the calculation method of rainfall capacity based on discharge curve was proposed and compared to the method without regard to discharge.Taking Zhenhai and Dalongdong reservoirs in Jiangmen as examples,the applicability and characteristics of the two methods were analyzed.Results showed that the method without considering discharge was more conservative,and had greatly fluctuation.Rapidly estimating as the method was,it was suitable for the gate control reservoir with less basic data.The method based on discharge curve is high precision and relatively stable,which can be used as the preferred method for flood control and drought relief decision-making.It was adequate for reservoirs with complete flood control operation scheme.In actual operation,the results of retaining capacity without considering discharge should be chosen as reference.
