摘　　要：根据广东省级河长专题会议研究,如何依照防洪、生态、游憩、文化四位一体理念,打造各具功能特色又互相联系的碧道建设,已是当务之急。肇庆高新区龙王庙水库段为市级碧道建设试点,本文从水环境治理、水生态保护与修复、水安全提升、景观与特色营造、休憩系统构建等五个方面对肇庆高新区龙王庙水库碧道设计进行了阐述,以打造高标准,兼备山湖城江峡地方特色的碧道。主要实现目标:碧道建设长度为6 km,水库水质不低于IV类水标准,水功能区水质达标率达到100%,河道生态流量保障率达到90%,生态岸线长度为6.0 km,堤防达标率达到100%,河湖管理范围划定率为100%,特色节点数量不低于3个,公共节点空间数量不低于5个。为国内同类碧道建设提供理论和实践借鉴。According to the research of the Guangdong Provincial River Chief Special Conference,how to build a green road with various functions and characteristics in accordance with the four-in-one concept of flood control,ecology,recreation and culture is an urgent task.The Longwangmiao reservoir section of Zhaoqing High-tech Zone is a pilot project for the construction of city-level blue roads.This article discussed the Longwangmiao reservoir in Zhaoqing High-tech Zone from five aspects:water environment management,water ecological protection and restoration,water safety improvement,landscape and feature construction,and recreational system construction.The design of Green Road was elaborated to create a high-standard Green Road with the characteristics of Mountain Lake City and River Gorge.The main objectives are as follows:the construction length of the green road is 6km,the water quality of the reservoir is not lower than the IV water standard,the water quality compliance rate of the water function zone reaches 100%,the river ecological flow guarantee rate reaches 90%,the ecological shoreline length is 6.0km,and the embankment compliance rate To reach 100%,the delimitation rate of river and lake management scope is 100%,the number of characteristic nodes is not less than 3,and the number of public node spaces is not less than 5.The above design is expected to provide theoretical and practical reference for the construction of similar roads in China.
