船闸超大型人字闸门制造安装关键技术研究及应用

摘　　要：结合工程实例,介绍船闸超大型人字闸门制造安装几项关键技术,包括门叶制作采用大组件的制作技术,超大型人字门H梁焊接工艺改进,平衡梁式预应力拉杆拉伸调节装置的研制与应用,环氧树脂易拆装封堵技术,可在同类项目中推广使用。This paper mainly introduced the manufacturing and installation technology of the super herringbone working gate of the ship lock.The manufacture technology of the gate blade of the herringbone gate adopts the technology of making large components,the application of the prestressing tension regulating device in the prestressing test of the back pull rod of the herringbone gate,the improvement of the welding technology of the super large herringbone gate H-beam,and the easy disassembly and plugging technology of epoxy resin.In combination with engineering examples,the technology had significantly reduced the cost,improved the production efficiency,guaranteed the product quality and produced good economic benefits.
