摘  要:针对圆柱滚子尺寸测量过程中缺少滚子推送过程动力学分析的问题,根据圆柱滚子推送过程的工作原理建立圆柱滚子推送模型,对圆柱滚子推送模型进行了动力学分析,得到圆柱滚子达到匀速滚动所需时间的计算方程,找到影响滚子达到匀速滚动状态所需时间的影响因素。确定圆柱滚子的规格型号,对圆柱滚子推送过程进行动力学仿真,验证圆柱滚子推送过程动力学分析的合理性,了解圆柱滚子推送过程的运动规律。研究结果可用于圆柱滚子推送系统的参数化设计,为以圆柱滚子为代表的柱类工件推送系统设计提供理论参考。Aiming at the problem that there is no dynamic analysis of the roller pushing process during the measurement of cylindrical roller dimensions,the model of the cylindrical roller push process is established based on the working principle of the cylindrical roller push process,dynamic analysis of cylindrical roller push model is carried out,and the calculation equation of the time required for the cylindrical roller from sliding to pure rolling is obtained by analyzing the model,and the factors affecting the time required for the roller to reach pure rolling state are found.When the specification model of cylindrical roller is determined,the dynamic simulation of cylindrical roller push process is carried out to verify the dynamic analysis of cylindrical roller push process is effective and to understand the motion law of cylindrical roller push process.The research results can be used in parametric design of cylindrical roller push system,and the research provides a theoretical basis and technical support for column class work-piece push system center on cylindrical rollers.
