摘 要:为研究排种器工作过程中种子的运动特性及搅种轮转速和种层厚度对充种性能的影响,基于CFD-DEM气固两相耦合技术研究了顺利完成排种过程的种子A和提前掉落的种子B的运动特性。通过对种子的速度、受力及位置情况分析发现,两类种子在运动到种盘最左侧前的过程中运动情况基本一致,种子在从种盘最左侧向正压区运动过程中,种子的速度和受力情况变化较大,种子运动过程较不稳定,此阶段种子易出现提前掉落的情况。通过试验研究了搅种轮转速和种层厚度对充种性能的影响,结果表明,当搅种轮转速和种层厚度分别为3 rad/s和35~40 mm时充种性能较优。研究结果为排种器的结构改进及充种性能的提高提供了参考。To investigate the movement characteristics and filling performance of seeds in the working process of seed metering device,the movement characteristics of seed A which successfully completed the seeding process and seed B that dropped in advance during the working process were studied based on computational fluid dynamics and discrete element method(CFD-DEM)coupling approach.The analysis of seed velocity,compressive force and position were found that the movement characteristics of the two types of seeds in the process of moving to the leftmost side of the seed plate were basically the same.During the movement from the leftmost side of the seed plate to the positive pressure zone,the velocity and compressive force of the seed change greatly.The process was relatively unstable,and seeds were prone to fall early.The effects of seed agitator s rotational speed and seed layer thickness on seed filling performance were studied by single factor simulation test.The results showed that the seed filling performance was better when the seed agitator s rotational speed and seed layer thickness were 3 rad/s and between 35 and 40 mm respectively.The research results provided a reference for improving the structure and seed filling performance of seed metering device.
