慢性肾脏病患儿生活质量与家庭复原力的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的调查慢性肾脏病(CKD)患儿的生活质量和家庭复原力现状,并分析二者的相关性。方法2020年3-6月采用便利抽样选取重庆市某三级甲等儿童医院300例CKD患儿家庭,采用家庭复原力评定量表(FRAS)及儿童生活质量测定量表(PedsQLTM 4.0)进行调查。结果CKD患儿家庭复原力总分为(190.54±33.15)分;不同年龄段患儿的生活质量总分分别为:2~4岁(70.88±11.62)分、5~7岁(71.93±12.57)分、8~12岁(77.71±11.15)分、13~18岁(76.12±12.40)分。CKD患儿生活质量总分及各维度得分与家庭复原力总分及各维度得分均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论CKD患儿的生活质量相对较低,家庭复原力处于中等水平,患儿的生活质量与家庭复原力密切相关。Objective To investigate the status quo of the quality of life and family resilience in children with chronic kidney disease(CKD),and to analyze the correlation between them.Methods The convenience sampling method was adopted to select the families of 300 children with CKD from a class 3A children′s hospital in Chongqing from March to June 2020.The family resilience assessment scale(FRAS)and the pediatric quality of life inventoryTM4.0(PedsQLTM4.0)were adopted to conduct the survey.Results The total score of family resilience in the family of CKD children patients was(190.54±33.15)points;the total score of quality of life in different ages of children patients were:(70.88±11.62)points in 2-4 years old,(71.93±12.57)points in 5-7 years old,(77.71±11.15)points in 8-12 years old and(76.12±12.40)points in 13-18 years old,respectively.The total score of quality of life and score of each dimension were positively correlated with family resilience total score and score of each dimension(P<0.05).Conclusion The quality of life in CKD children patients is relatively low,and family resilience is at the middle level,and the quality of life in CKD children patients is closely correlated with the family resilience.
