摘　　要：医学影像云系统是互联网医疗的基础,现有的医学影像系统已不能满足互联网医疗发展需求。立足医院实际,切实解决医院、医生(专家)、患者的需求,该院构建了一个完整的智能云影像系统平台解决方案,依托云平台的安全策略和大数据服务能力,以云存储为基础,实现医疗影像资料共享,取得了良好的实施效果。本文就该系统的设计、实现形式、优点等进行总结分析,旨在为拟建设影像云平台的医院提供借鉴。The medical image cloud system is the basis of Internet medicine,and the current medical image system can no longer meet the needs of Internet medicine.In order to effectively meet the needs of hospital,doctors(experts),and patients,based on the actual situation of this hospital,a complete solution of intelligent cloud imaging system platform was established.Depending on the security strategy of cloud platform and the service capabilities of big data,based on the cloud storage,the data sharing was achieved in the system,and the good implementation results had been obtained.This article summarized and analysed the design,implementation form,and advantages of this system in order to provide references for hospitals that plan to build an image cloud platform.
