摘  要:对云南樱桃优良单株广州樱1年生组培苗开展生长节律研究,通过生长曲线拟合,划分并探讨其生长阶段,为组培苗栽培管理提供科学依据。结果表明:广州樱组培苗苗高和地径生长节律均呈“慢—快—慢”生长趋势,Logistic方程拟合程度高。苗高和地径均出现2个不连续生长高峰,6月苗高生长量最大达33.0cm,9月地径生长量最大达2.4mm。苗高速生期(2016年5月30日至9月3日)历时97d(占总生长时间39.6%),苗高净生长量96.3cm(占总生长量64.5%);地径速生期(2016年5月16日至10月1日)历时139d(占总生长时间56.7%),地径净生长量8.3mm(占总生长量76.1%)。The growth rhythm of one-year-old tissue culture seedlings of superior individual from C.yunnanensis named C.yunnanensis Guangzhou were studied in this paper.In order to provide scientific basis for the tissue culture seedling cultivation management,the growth stages were divided and discussed by fitting the growth curve.The re⁃sults showed that the growth rhythm of height and ground diameter of seedlings was"slow-fast-slow",the fitting de⁃gree of Logistic equation was high.There were both two discontinuous growth peaks in growth of height and ground diameter,the maximum monthly growth of height was 33.0cm in June,the maximum monthly growth of ground diame⁃ter was 2.4mm in September.The fast period of seedling height growth(May 30,2016-September 3)lasted 97 days,up to 39.6%of the growth time,growth of height was 96.3cm,up to 64.5%of the total growth.The fast period of ground diameter growth(May 16,2016-October 1)lasted 139 days,up to 56.7%of the growth time,growth of ground diameter was 8.3 mm,up to 76.1%of the total growth.
