摘　　要：腰椎间盘退变与骨质疏松症是严重影响人们健康生活的两种疾病,两者之间是否存在关联,一直是学术界争论的焦点。明确两种疾病共同的病理病变机制,将为临床上联合治疗两种疾病提供新的方案,也将会进一步降低两种疾病的发生率,其临床意义重大。近年来,学者们对两种疾病的相关性进行了深入的探索,试图从多个方面阐明二者之间的关系。本文就腰椎间盘退变与骨质疏松的相关性从多个层面进行最新的综述。Lumbar disc degeneration and osteoporosis are two diseases that seriously affect health.Whether there is a correlation between them has always been the focus of academic debate.The identification of the common pathological mechanism of the two diseases will provide a new clinical scheme for the combined treatment of the two diseases and further reduce the incidence of the two diseases,which is of great clinical significance.In recent years,a deep exploration was made about the correlation between the two diseases,trying to clarify the relationship between them from many aspects.We review the correlation between lumbar disc degeneration and osteoporosis from many aspects.
