摘　　要：中国和德国在交流电测量领域有着广泛的交流与联系,两国逐渐发展出了一套适合各自国情的智能量测体系。文中以交流电能表为例,分别站在中德双方角度,阐述了各自在标准、管理等环节的执行方法及特点。There is deep cooperation and relationship between China and German in the research area of AC measurement,both of them develop a Smart Metering System based on their situation.Use the electricity meter,for example,introduce the methods and features in standardization,management by both sides of China and German.
