中医护理干预联合健康教育对急性胰腺炎患者生活质量及并发症的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医护理干预联合健康教育对急性胰腺炎患者生活质量及并发症的影响。方法:选取2018年1月—2019年11月天津市南开医院收治的急性胰腺炎患者88例,依据不同干预方式均分两组,对照组仅应用健康教育,观察组应用健康教育联合中医护理。评估并比较两组干预前后的生活质量指标水平,比较两组并发症发生率,比较两组的护理质量评分。结果:健康教育联合中医护理干预后,观察组的生活质量指标评分显著高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的各项护理质量维度量化评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予急性胰腺炎患者联合使用健康教育与中医护理进行干预,与单纯进行健康教育相比,可显著提高患者的生活质量指标评分,降低患者并发症发生率,提高临床护理质量水平。Objective To explore the effect of TCM nursing intervention combined with health education on the quality of life and complications of patients with acute pancreatitis.Methods Eighty-eight patients with acute pancreatitis treated in our hospital from January 2018 to November 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to different intervention methods.The control group was only applied health education and the research group was combined health education and TCM nursing.The quality of life indicators were evaluated and compared before and after intervention in the two groups.The incidence of related complications was compared between the two groups.The quality of care was evaluated and compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the scores of related quality of life indicators in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The incidence of related complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(all P<0.05).The levels of quantified nursing quality dimensions in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with health education alone,the use of health education and TCM nursing intervention in patients with acute pancreatitis can significantly improve the related quality of life index scores,reduce the incidence of complications and improve the quality of clinical care.
