摘　　要：近年来,我国正积极推进城市从增量规划到存量规划的转型,国家也印发一系列政策鼓励社区进行更新实践。文章初步梳理出老旧社区场景化更新的路径框架,为全国老旧社区更新提供有意义的探讨。通过广泛调研的结果,发现全国老旧小区存在景观绿化不足等共性问题。在场景理论的指导下,选取老旧社区作为研究对象,并以杭州闸弄口街道为例,进行老旧社区场景重塑实践。将场景理论的“戏剧性、原真性、合理性”三个主要价值纬度进行融合,在“生态、业态、文态、形态”四大方面构建场景理论下老旧社区更新活化路径,最终提出老旧社区“邻里交互、共享建筑、文化教育、怀旧街区”四大类型场景的构建和具体空间实施策略。In recent years,China has been actively promoting the transformation of city from increment planning to stock planning,and the state has printed and issued a series of policies to encourage communities to conduct renewal practice.The path frame for scene renewal of old community is preliminarily sorted out in this paper,which is a meaningful exploration for renewal of old community nationwide.By the result through extensive investigation,the universal problem of insufficient landscape afforestation in old communities nationwide is found.Guided by the scene theory,old community is selected as the objective of research,and Zhanongkou Subdistrict of Hangzhou is taken as an example for practice of scene remolding of old community.The three main value dimensions of“drama,authenticity and rationality”in scene theory are merged,the path for renewal activating of old community under scene theory is constructed in four aspects,i.e.,“ecology,business form,literary form,form”,and the construction of four scenes for old community and strategy for concrete space implementation are finally put forward,including“neighborhood interaction,shared architecture,culture and education as well as nostalgic block”.
