复方苦参注射液联合FOLFOX化疗方案治疗结直肠癌的药物经济学评价

摘　　要：目的:基于成本-效果分析法对复方苦参注射液(compound kusheninjection,CKI)联合FOLFOX化疗方案治疗结直肠癌的经济性进行评价。方法:利用计算机检索的方法,对CKI联合FOLFOX方案对比单用FOLFOX方案治疗结直肠癌的随机对照临床研究进行筛选。采用Revman 5.3对纳入文献进行荟萃(Meta)分析,得到临床有效率和不良反应发生率;采用成本-效果分析法进行药物经济学评价。结果:Meta分析结果经加权计算得到CKI联合FOLFOX方案和单用FOLFOX方案的临床有效率分别为67.50%和49.30%,两组的成本分别为16662.97和14361.85元。经成本-效果分析发现,使用联合治疗方案多治疗1例患者且达到有效的成本为12634元,低于我国人均国内生产总值(gross domestic product,GDP),且经单因素敏感性分析结果仍稳定。结论:CKI联合FOLFOX化疗方案治疗结直肠癌可提高临床有效率,成本易于被患者接受。Objective:To evaluate pharmacoeconomic about compound kushen injection(CKI)combined with FOLFOX chemotherapy regimen for colorectal cancer through cost-effectiveness analysis.Methods:Randomized controlled clinical trials of CKI combined with FOLFOX vs FOLFOX alone in colorectal cancer,were screened using computer search methods.A Meta-analysis of the included literature was performed using Revman 5.3 to obtain clinical efficacy rates and adverse effects rates.Cost-effectiveness analysis was used to evaluate pharmacoeconomics.Results:Clinical efficacy rates were 67.50%of CKI combined with FOLFOX and 49.30%of FOLFOX only that were obtained from Meta-analysis with weighted calculation.Costs of two groups were respectively 16662.97 yuan and 14361.85 yuan.Cost-effectiveness analysis showed that the cost of treating one more patient with combination therapy regimen and achieving effective treatment was 12634 yuan,which was lower than Per capita GDP of China.The results of univariate sensitivity analysis were still stable.Conclusion:Combined with FOLFOX chemotherapy regimens in the treatment of colorectal cancer can improve clinical effectiveness and cost was accepted by patients easily.
