下向扇形中深孔爆破在三山岛金矿的应用

摘　　要：三山岛金矿-645m水平无人采矿试验区采用分段空场嗣后充填采矿法进行开采。因矿体紧靠F1主裂面且靠近主裂面岩石较为破碎,故选用施工精度高、装药方便、采矿效率高和安全性好的下向扇形中深孔凿岩爆破技术进行回采作业,以保证生产安全高效进行。阐述了下向扇形中深孔爆破设计流程,以期为类似的矿山采矿爆破设计提供一定的参考。Sanshandao Gold Mine-645 mlevel unmanned mining test area adopts sublevel open stope and subsequent filling mining method.Because the ore body is close to the F1 main fracture surface and the rock near the main fracture surface is relatively broken,the downward fan-shaped medium length hole drilling and blasting technology with high construction accuracy,convenient charging,high mining efficiency and good safety is selected to carry out the mining operation,so as to ensure the safe and efficient production.This paper describes the design process of downward fan-shaped medium length hole blasting,in order to provide some reference for similar mine blasting design.
