电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定锡氧化矿中的胶态锡

摘  要:研究了锡氧化矿中胶态锡的测定方法,选择了草酸溶液(50g/L)作为浸取剂分离胶态锡,采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定胶态锡中锡的含量,建立了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定锡元素的条件,锡的质量分数在0.01%~1%范围内元素质量分数与对应的发射强度呈线性,校准曲线线性相关系数不小于0.999 8,方法中锡元素检出限为0.000 4%(质量分数),本法用于锡氧化矿中胶态锡的分析,结果的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)小于5%。The determination method of colloidal tin in tin oxide ore was studied.The oxalic acid solution(50 g/L)was selected as the leaching agent to separate colloidal tin.The content of tin in colloidal tin was determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emissin spectrometry(ICP-AES),and the conditions for the determination of tin element by inductively coupled plasma atomic emissin spectrometry(ICPAES)was established.When the mass fraction of tin was in range of 0.01%~1%,the mass concentration showed good linearty to the corresponding emission intensity.The linear correlation coefficients of colibration curves were higer than 0.9998.The detection limit of vanadium in this method was 0.0004%(mass fraction).The relative standard deviation(RSD,n=6)of the results was less than 5%for the analysis of colloidal tin in tin oxide ore.
