摘 要:随着国家全面实施燃煤电厂超低排放和节能改造,油田也大力对具备改造条件的燃煤电厂启动了全面完成超低排放改造的进程。通过大庆中油电能热电二公司应用高频脉冲电源的改造项目,提高了高比阻粉尘的除尘效果,提升了电除尘电场整体的排放效率,同时有效抑制了闪络和反电晕的发生。优化了电源各电场的配置方案,合理分配高频电源和脉冲电源,在节省投资的前提下,确保除尘达标排放。With the comprehensive implementation of ultra-low emission and energy saving transformation of coal-fired power plants in China,the oil field has also vigorously started the process of comprehensively completing ultra-low emission transformation for coal-fired power plants that are qualified for transformation.Through the application of high-frequency pulse power supply transformation project of Daqing Middle oil electric Power Thermoelectric Co.,LTD.,the dust removal effect of high specific resistance dust has been improved,the overall emission efficiency of the dust removal electric field has been improved,and the occurrence of back corona has been effectively suppressed.The configuration scheme of each electric field of the power supply is optimized,and the high frequency power supply and pulse power supply are reasonably allocated,so as to ensure the standard emission of dust removal under the premise of saving investment.
