摘 要:油田开发过程中,注水是保持或恢复油层压力,使油藏具有强大的驱动力,以提高油藏的开采速度和采收率的有效手段。理想状态下,在满足油层注水需求的同时,注水泵在额定排量和压力下运行,注水泵处于最佳工作状态,此时泵效高,运行经济。但对于独立的小生产区块,只有单一的注水泵站,注水调节能力弱,注水需求变化时,注水泵无法在高效区运行,会出现耗电过高的现象。针对这个问题,可采取机泵改造、加装前置泵低压变频调速和高压变频装置等方法。通过对比上述方案的实施效果,分析采用高压变频的节能效果,实施后每年可减少电量消耗379.6×10^(4)kWh,减少电费成本241.81万元。In the process of oilfield development,water injection is an effective means to maintain or restore the reservoir pressure,make the reservoir have a strong driving force,and improve the production speed and recovery factor of the reservoir.In ideal condition,while satisfying the water injection demand of oil reservoir,the water injection pump runs under rated displacement and pressure,and the water injection pump is in the best working state.At this time,the pump has high efficiency and economic operation.But for the independent small production block,there is only a single water injection pump station,the water injection regulation capacity is weak,when the water injection demand changes,the water injection pump cannot operate in the high efficiency area,and the power consumption is too high.In order to solve this problem,we can take some measures,such as reforming the pump,installing the low-voltage variable-frequency speed regulating device and high-voltage variable-frequency device.This paper mainly compares the implementation effect of these schemes,and analyzes the energy-saving effect of using high-voltage frequency conversion,which can reduce the annual power consumption by 379.6×10^(4) kWh,reducing the electricity cost by 2418.1 million yuan.
