摘  要:为有效解决萨北油田过渡带低产抽油机井供液能力不足、电能消耗高,以及运行管理难度大、频繁启动设备冲击损伤严重等问题,对低产液井的间抽方法进行了探索,通过对油井产量、流压关井恢复情况进行测试,确定了间抽井的合理生产制度,分析了间抽对油井产量与能耗的影响关系,现场开展了不停机间抽采油、动液面连续控制等技术应用。通过对间抽井制定合理的生产制度,应用曲柄柔性往复运行以及动液面连续控制等治理技术,解决了过渡带地区油藏低产能井供液能力差的问题,不影响油井产量,具有显著的节能效果。in order to effectively solve the problems of low production pumping wells in the transition zone of Sabei Oilfield,such as insufficient liquid supply capacity,high power consumption,difficult operation and management,frequent start-up equipment impact damage etc.,this paper explores the inter pumping method of low production wells,determines the reasonable production system of inter pumping wells by testing the oil well production and flow pressure shut in recovery,and analyzes the inter pumping effect Based on the influence of pumping on oil well production and energy consumption,the field application of non-stop intermittent oil production and continuous control of dynamic liquid level was carried out.Through the establishment of reasonable production system for inter pumping wells,the application of crank flexible reciprocating operation and dynamic liquid level continuous control and other treatment technologies,the problem of poor liquid supply capacity of low energy production wells in the transitional zone reservoir is solved,which does not affect the oil well production and has significant energy-saving effect.
