摘  要:如何降低注聚系统生产能耗,对于节约经济成本,提高经济效益十分重要。为了进一步降低聚合物配制站和注入站冬季采暖保温能耗,在分析聚驱站库能耗结构特点的基础上,有针对性地采取相应的节能措施。在生产实际中不断优化和改进控制参数,取得较好的节能效果;同时还对喇嘛甸油田三采系统站库能耗趋势和节能方向进行了初步探讨。How to reduce the energy consumption of polymer injection system is very important to save economic costs and improve economic benefits.In order to further reduce the energy consumption of heating and insulation of polymer preparation station and injection station in winter,the corresponding energy saving measures were taken on the basis of analyzing the energy consumption structure characteristics of polymer flooding station.In production practice,the control parameters are optimized and improved continuously to achieve better energy saving effect.At the same time,a preliminary discussion was made on the energy consumption trend and energy saving direction of the station library of the enhanced oil recovery system in Lamadian Oilfield.
