摘　　要：为了解决数码喷墨印花图片处理过于繁琐、传输过慢等问题,结合印花设备的具体特点,研究喷墨印花系统。基于FPGA技术设计一套PC机与其相结合的数码喷墨印花系统,分析系统需求,根据需求设计FPGA控制板的软硬件,满足工业生产印花速度及精度需求。利用ISE开发平台对FIFO模块的数据处理结果进行仿真分析,结果表明本系统能满足工业生产印花速度需求,印花图片再现程度高且快速准确。In order to solve the problems of too complicated printing picture processing and slow trans⁃mission in the process of digital ink-jet printing,combined with the specific characteristics of printing equip⁃ment,the ink-jet printing system was studied.the ink-jet printing system was studied.Based on FPGA tech⁃nology,a set of digital ink jet printing system is designed combined with PC.The system requirements were analyzed,and the hardware and software of FPGA control board were designed according to the require⁃ments,so as to meet the needs of industrial production printing speed and precision.The data processing re⁃sults of FIFO module were simulated and analyzed by ISE development platform.The results showed that the system could meet the needs of printing speed in industrial production,and the printing image reproduction degree was high,fast and accurate.
