摘  要:建立了亲水作用色谱法(HILIC)测定纺织品中的烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚。样品经甲醇超声提取后,提取液旋蒸浓缩至近干,准确加入2 mL乙腈溶解残渣,过0.22μm滤膜,收集滤液用于亲水作用色谱分析。在合适的分离条件下可以对辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚(OPEO,聚合度为2~16)和壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(NPEO,聚合度为2~16)每个聚合度的聚合物进行分离。在该测试条件下,OPEO、NPEO在5~100 mg/L时呈线性。对白色空白纺织样品做添加回收实验,OPEO的回收率为80.39%~103.40%,NPEO的回收率为81.04%~109.08%,相对标准偏差为2.26%~9.38%。该方法的检出限为10 mg/kg。表明该方法简便、灵敏、精确度高,适用于纺织品中烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚的检测分析。A method for the determination of alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether in textiles by hydrophilic interaction chromatography(HILIC)was established.After the sample was extracted with methanol,the ex⁃tract was distilled and concentrated to near dryness,2 mL of acetonitrile was added to dissolve the residue,the filter membrane was passed through 0.22μm filter,and the filtrate was collected for analysis of HILIC.Un⁃der suitable separation conditions,the polymers with each degree of octylphenol ethoxylates(OPEO,the de⁃gree of polymerization was 2~16)and nonylphenol ethoxylates(OPEO,the degree of polymerization was 2~16)could be separated.Under this test condition,OPEO,NPEO was linear in the range of 5~100 mg/L.The recov⁃ery test of white blank textile sample showed that the recovery rate of OPEO was 80.39%~103.40%,the re⁃covery rate of NPEO was 81.04%~109.08%,and the relative standard deviation was 2.26%~9.38%.The detec⁃tion limit was 10 mg/kg.The results showed that the method was simple,sensitive and high in precision,which was suitable for the detection and analysis of alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether in textiles.
