摘 要:基于臭氧对染料降解的显著作用,将其引入废旧有色棉及涤棉混纺织物的脱色。从处理时间、织物带液率、pH三个角度出发,以脱色率、强力保留率为指标,探究了臭氧对两种织物脱色效果的影响。通过扫描电子显微镜对臭氧处理后的纤维表面形态进行观察,并应用X射线衍射仪分析处理后纤维的聚集态结构。结果表明,臭氧对两种有色织物均具有明显的脱色作用,但也伴随着强力损失。臭氧处理后,纤维表面有刻蚀现象,结晶度降低,证实臭氧处理对纤维有损伤,表明臭氧脱色是通过刻蚀纤维进入纤维内部,与纤维上的染料接触将其降解,从而达到脱色目的。Based on the significant effect of ozone on dyes degradation,it is used to decolorization of waste col⁃ored cotton and polyester/cotton blended fabric.The effect of ozone on the decolorization effect of the two fab⁃rics is studied from treatment time,pick-up of fabric and pH,with decolorization rate and strength retention rate as indicators.The surface morphology of ozone treated fiber is observed by scanning electron microscope,and the aggregation structure of ozone treated fiber is analyzed by X-ray diffractometer.The results show that ozone has obvious decolorization effect on both colored fabrics,but it is also accompanied by strength loss.Af⁃ter ozone treatment,the fiber surface is etched and the crystallinity is reduced,which confirmed that ozone treatment has damage to the fiber,and indicated that ozone decolorization is achieved by etching the fiber and degrading the dye on the fiber.
