摘 要:为改变杂环芳纶纤维的电导率特性,通过化学镀与电镀的方法在杂环芳纶纤维表面进行金属镀层的附着,通过扫描电镜和能谱分析研究了纤维表面的镀层特征和化学组成,测试了化学镀与电镀溶液浸润对杂环芳纶纤维力学性能的影响。结果表明:化学镀与电镀以溶液浸润的方式能够在杂环芳纶纤维表面形成均匀连续的镀层并获得稳定的电导率;纤维经金属化镀层处理后,在应用过程中由自然磨损造成的镀层脱落现象不会对织造成型的织物电阻率产生显著影响;粗化过程等离子体刻蚀和化学镀与电镀过程的化学侵蚀都会对纤维造成一定的降强,但由于杂环芳纶纤维的高模高强特征,与间位或对位芳纶相比,其剩余强度依然具有性能优势。In order to change the conductivity of heterocyclic aramid fibers,the metal coating is attached to the surface of heterocyclic aramid fiber by chemical plating and electroplating.Chemical deposition characteristic and chemical composition are studied by scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis.The ef⁃fects of chemical plating and electroplating solution infiltration on the mechanical properties of heterocyclic ara⁃mid fibers are tested.The results show that chemical plating and electroplating with solution infiltration can form continuous and uniform cladding layer on each surface of heterocyclic aramid fibers and obtain stable con⁃ductivity.After the fiber is metallized,the coating falling off caused by natural wear will not have a significant impact on the resistivity of the woven fabric.Plasma etching and chemical corrosion can make heterocyclic ara⁃mid fibers lose a small percentage of strength.The strength of metalized heterocyclic aramid fibers is higher than PPTA fibers or PMIA fibers because of its original high modulus and strength.
