摘　　要：采用分散蓝366、分散蓝183∶1、分散蓝284、分散蓝165∶1、分散蓝148、分散蓝257、分散蓝291、分散绿9和分散黄114等9只染料,按不同方式拼混得到与分散蓝56具有一致色光的系列配方,通过测试其配伍性和染色牢度,发现除四组分染料参与的拼混配方外,其他两组分和三组分配方在染色温度、染色速率和控温范围上均存在较好的配伍性,有利于实际生产中染色工艺的控制。替代配方染色的织物耐水洗、耐摩擦和耐升华色牢度均优于分散蓝56染色的织物,但前者耐日晒色牢度稍差。Disperse Blue 366,Disperse Blue 183∶1,Disperse Blue 284,Disperse Blue 165∶1,Disperse Blue 148,Disperse Blue 257,Disperse Blue 291,Disperse Green 9 and Disperse Yellow 114 are mixed in different ways,and a series of formulas with the same shade as Disperse Blue 56 are obtained.The compatibility and color fastness of the formulas are tested.It is found that except for the four-component dyes,the other two-compo⁃nent and three-component dyes have good compatibility in dyeing temperature,dyeing rate and temperature control range,which is beneficial to the control of dyeing process in actual production.The dyeing fastness to washing,rubbing and sublimation of all the alternative formulas are better than those of Disperse Blue 56,while the light fastness of the former is lower.
