摘　　要：根据可重复使用医用防护服面料对液体阻隔能力的要求,选用涤/棉织物进行耐久防水整理。优化的整理工艺为:防水剂FP-C62255 g/L,交联剂FD-BAX 8 g/L,焙烘温度170℃,焙烘时间80 s。经该工艺整理后,织物耐水冲击穿透性能符合YY/T 1632—2018标准要求,透气性能较好,织物断裂强力变化不大。According to the requirements of liquid barrier ability of reusable medical protective clothing fabric,polyester/cotton fabrics are used for durable waterproof finishing.The optimized finishing process is:water repellent agent FP-C62255 g/L,cross-linking agent FD-BAX 8 g/L,baking at 170℃for 80 s.After waterproof finishing,the penetration resistance of polyester/cotton blended fabric meets the requirements of YY/T 1632—2018 standard,the air permeability is good,and the breaking strength of the fabric does not change much.
