摘　　要：简述了江苏省机动车排放监管现状,从监管制度、检验市场、执法能力、技术手段等方面分析了存在的问题,提出了加快健全监管制度体系、利用科技手段促进监管提质增效、提升检验技术水平与执法监管能力、通过信用评定创新执法管理手段等对策建议。In this paper,the current situation of vehicle emission supervision in Jiangsu Province was briefly introduced,the existing problems were analyzed in the aspects of supervision system,inspection market,law enforcement ability and technological means.Some countermeasures and suggestions were put forward on speeding up the improvement of supervision system,promoting the quality and efficiency of supervision by scientific and technological means,improving inspection technology level and law enforcement supervision ability,and innovating law enforcement management means through credit rating.
