摘　　要：公众环境治理满意度是衡量政府环境治理客观工作成效的重要标准。影响我国公众环境治理满意度的因素是什么?既有研究多聚焦个体层面的特征,或者宏观绩效的作用,鲜有研究注意到政府的形象因素对环境治理满意度的影响。文章使用中国综合社会调查(CGSS2015)数据,主要采用Ordered Probit、Ordered Logit以及OLS模型实证考察了政府环保形象和互联网使用以及两者交互作用对公众环境治理满意度的影响。研究表明:①政府环保形象与公众环境治理满意度间显著正相关,在短期内难以改善客观环境质量的情况下,提升政府环保形象有助于环境治理满意度的提升。②在现阶段,互联网的使用与公众环境治理满意度之间存在显著的负相关关系。③政府环保形象与互联网使用间存在交互作用。提升互联网使用水平,政府环保形象对环境治理满意度的边际作用不断递增。理论上,提出了“政府环保形象”概念,并利用指标对其测量,进一步拓展了公众环境治理满意度的研究视野。该文蕴含的政策启示在于,我国各地政府在继续加大环境治理力度,努力提升环境治理客观绩效、改善客观环境质量的同时,需要重视对良好政府环保形象的塑造和建设。此外,在大数据时代,还需要充分利用互联网平台,促进政府良好环保形象的传播。通过不断加强对环境污染的治理,改善自然环境状况,积极打造和传播良好的政府环保形象,公众环境治理满意度能显著得到提升,最终有助于实现人民安居乐业、国家长治久安的局面。Public environmental governance satisfaction is an important standard to measure the state’s environmental governance.What kinds of factors affecting individuals’environmental satisfaction?Most studies focus on individual characteristics or the impact of macro performance.However,few studies have paid attention to the impact of government image factors.Using CGSS2015,this paper mainly uses Ordered Probit,Ordered Logit and OLS models to empirically investigate the impact of government’s environmental image,Internet use and their interactions on public satisfaction with environmental governance.The research shows the following three aspects:①There is a significant positive correlation between the government’s environmental image and the public’s satisfaction with environmental governance.It is difficult to improve the objective environmental quality in the short term and improving the government’s environmental image is conducive to the improvement of environmental governance satisfaction.②At present,there is a significant negative correlation between the use of the Internet and public’s satisfaction with environmental governance.③There is an interaction between the government’s environmental image and the use of the Internet to improve the level of Internet use.The marginal effect of the government’s environmental image on the satisfaction of environmental governance is increasing.This study has crucial theoretical and policy significance.In theory,the paper puts forward the concept of‘government’s environmental image’and measures it with indicators,which further enriches the research horizon of public environmental governance satisfaction.The policy inspiration contained in this paper indicates that,while the local governments in China continue to strengthen environmental governance,strive to enhance the objective performance of environmental governance and improve the objective environmental quality,they should pay attention to the shaping and construction of a good environmental im
