摘 要:地面气象观测自动化改革增强了观测能力、提升了信息化水平、优化了观测业务流程、释放了基层人员。本文拟从全国地面气象观测自动化改革调整的情况出发,对相关地面气象观测培训工作提出几点思考,旨在紧跟业务改革调整的步伐,进一步提高地面气象观测类培训班型的培训质量,促进我国气象观测业务健康发展。The ground meteorological observation automation reform has enhanced the observation ability,enhanced the information level,optimized the observation business process,and released the grass-roots personnel.Based on the automatic reform and adjustment of ground meteorological observation in China,this paper proposes some thoughts on relevant ground meteorological observation training in order to keep up with the pace of business reform and adjustment,further improve the training quality of ground meteorological observation training class,and promote the healthy development of China's meteorological observation service.
