摘　　要：胎盘植入是产科严重的并发症,病因是胎盘绒毛膜异常黏附于子宫肌层或直接侵入子宫肌层,常在胎儿娩出后的胎盘植入部分不能自主剥离,而人工剥离可引发产后大出血、继发感染,甚至子宫穿孔及弥漫性血管内凝血,危及孕产妇生命。故其早期诊断、科学治疗及多学科共同规划管理对降低病死率非常重要。Placental implantation is a serious complication in obstetrics,the cause is that the placental chorionic membrane is attached to the myometrium or directly invades the myometrium,often after the fetus is delivered,the placenta implant part cannot be detached independently,artificial dissection often leads to postpartum hemorrhage,secondary infection,even uterine perforation and disseminated intravascular coagulation,endangering the life of pregnant women.Therefore,early diagnosis,scientific treatment and multidisciplinary planning and management are particularly important to reduce the mortality.
