欣母沛和宫腔填纱联合治疗前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血的效果及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的:分析欣母沛联合宫腔填纱治疗前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血的效果及安全性。方法:2018年1月-2019年1月收治行剖宫产的前置胎盘产妇80例,随机分为两组,各40例。两组止血治疗均使用宫腔填纱;对照组联合使用缩宫素;观察组联合使用欣母沛。比较两组临床止血后不同时间的出血量及止血安全性。结果:观察组临床止血后不同时间的出血量均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组宫腔感染、持续低热及消化系统反应的发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对前置胎盘行剖宫产产后出血产妇采用欣母沛联合宫腔填纱进行止血治疗,可以有效降低出血量,且安全性高。Objective:To analyze the effect and safety of hemabate combined with intrauterine gauze filling in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section with placenta previa.Methods:From January 2018 to January 2019,80 cases of parturients with placenta previa who underwent cesarean section were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group.Both groups used intrauterine gauze filling to stop bleeding.The control group was combined with oxytocin.The observation group was combined with hemabate.The bleeding volume and hemostasis safety at different times after clinical hemostasis were compared between the two groups.Results:The bleeding volume of the observation group at different times after clinical hemostasis were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidences of uterine cavity infection,persistent low fever and digestive system reaction in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hemabate combined with intrauterine gauze filling in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section with placenta previa can effectively reduce bleeding volume and with high safety.
