小儿消积止咳口服液治疗小儿上呼吸道感染后咳嗽的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨小儿消积止咳口服液治疗小儿上呼吸道感染后咳嗽的临床疗效。方法:2019年6月-2020年6月收治上呼吸道感染后咳嗽患儿90例,随机分为两组。两组均给予常规抗感染治疗,A组采用盐酸氨溴索糖浆治疗;B组采用小儿消积止咳口服液治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:B组治疗总有效率高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组治疗后咳嗽症状评分明显低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组治疗后免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)水平均明显高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对上呼吸道感染后咳嗽患儿,在传统抗感染治疗基础上给予小儿消积止咳口服液治疗效果显著,能促进患儿免疫功能的提高。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Xiaoer Xiaoji Zhike oral liquid in the treatment of cough after upper respiratory tract infection in children.Methods:From June 2019 to June 2020,90 children with cough after upper respiratory tract infection were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups.Both groups were given conventional anti-infective treatment.The group A was treated with ambroxol hydrochloride syrup.The group B was treated with Xiaoer Xiaoji Zhike oral liquid.We compared the treatment effects of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the group B was higher than that of the group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of cough symptoms in the group B was significantly lower than that of the group A after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of immunoglobulin G(IgG),immunoglobulin A(IgA),and immunoglobulin M(IgM)in the group B after treatment were significantly higher than those in the group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For children with cough after upper respiratory tract infection,the treatment of Xiaoer Xiaoji Zhike oral liquid on the basis of traditional anti-infective therapy has a good effect and can promote the improvement of immune function.
