中西医结合预防高危人工流产术后宫腔粘连的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探究在高危人工流产术后宫腔粘连预防中运用中西医结合治疗的临床价值。方法:选取2018年1月-2020年2月实施高危人工流产术患者140例,随机分为两组,各70例。观察组给予中西医结合方法治疗;对照组给予常规西医治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组宫腔粘连、周期性下腹疼痛、闭经、月经减少的发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后阴道出血时间、月经复潮时间、经期时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在高危人工流产术后宫腔粘连预防中运用中西医结合方法治疗,能够降低宫腔粘连、周期性下腹疼痛、闭经及月经减少的发生率,有效缩短术后阴道出血、月经复潮及经期时间,治疗有效性较高。Objective:To explore the clinical value of using integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the prevention of intrauterine adhesions after high-risk abortion.Methods:From January 2018 to February 2020,140 patients who underwent high-risk abortion were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 70 cases in each group.The observation group was given integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment.The control group was given conventional Western medicine treatment.We compared the treatment effects of the two groups.Results:The incidence of intrauterine adhesions,periodic lower abdominal pain,amenorrhea,and menstrual reduction in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative vaginal bleeding time,menstrual regain time,the menstrual period of the observation grou was shorter than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the prevention of uterine adhesions after high-risk abortion can reduce the incidence of uterine adhesions,periodic lower abdominal pain,amenorrhea and menstrual reduction,and effectively shorten postoperative vaginal bleeding menstrual re-moistness and during menstruation,the treatment is more effective.
