护理干预在成分血输注中的应用价值研究分析

摘　　要：目的:分析护理干预在成分血输注中的应用价值。方法:选取进行成分输血的患者80例,根据护理方式不同分为两组,各40例。对照组实施常规护理;试验组实施系统化的成分血输注护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:试验组护理满意度评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组输血不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:为进行成分血输注的患者实施系统化输血护理,能够降低不良反应发生率,患者满意度高,可促进构建和谐的护患关系。Objective:To analyze the application value of nursing intervention in component blood transfusion.Methods:80 cases of patients who underwent component blood transfusion were selected,they were divided into two groups according to the different nursing methods,with 40 cases in each group.The control group performed routine nursing.The experimental group performed systematic component blood transfusion nursing.The nursing efficacy between the two groups was compared.Results:The nursing satisfaction score in the experimental group was significantly higher than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse transfusion reactions in the experimental group was lower than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of systematic blood transfusion nursing for patients with component blood transfusion can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,obtain higher recognition of patients,and build a harmonious nurse patient relationship.
