全程护理对高龄脑出血术后患者生存质量的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:观察全程护理对高龄脑出血患者生存质量的影响。方法:2018年5月-2020年5月收治高龄脑出血患者48例,随机分为两组,各24例。对照组给予常规护理;试验组给予全程护理。比较两组患者生存质量及对护理服务的评价。结果:试验组生存质量量表(SF-36)中生理职能评分、情感职能评分、精神健康评分及社会功能评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者对护理服务满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:遵循全程护理理念开展高龄脑出血患者的护理工作,能够大幅度提高患者生存质量及护理满意度。Objective:To observe the effect of whole course of nursing on the quality of life of elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:From May 2018 to May 2020,48 elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 24 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care.The experimental group was given whole course care.The quality of life of the two groups of patients and the evaluation results of nursing services were compared.Results:The physiological function score,emotional function score,mental health score and social function score of quality of life scale(SF-36)in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients with nursing services was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Carrying out nursing work for elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage following the whole-course nursing concept can greatly improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients.
