摘　　要：目的:探究白血病输血小板致过敏反应的主要因素及有效护理干预。方法:2019年9月-2020年9月收治白血病患者22例,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,确定患者输血小板的过敏反应。结果:患者各项症状消失时间均较短,恢复较快。对相关工作表示非常满意13例,满意7例,不满意2例,总满意度为90.91%。结论:白血病输血小板容易导致患者发生过敏反应,因此需要给予患者有效的护理干预,对患者病症进行观察,一旦发现患者出现过敏反应,则需要及时给予有效的处理干预及护理,从而保证患者的生命安全。Objective:To explore the main factors of allergic reaction caused by platelet transfusion in leukemia and effective nursing intervention.Methods:From September 2019 to September 2020,22 patients with leukemia were selected,and retrospective analysis was performed to determine the allergic reaction to platelet transfusion.Results:The disappearance of all symptoms of the patient was shorter and the recovery was faster.13 cases were very satisfied with related work,7 cases were satisfied,and 2 cases were dissatisfied.The satisfaction rate was 90.91%,which had relatively high satisfaction.Conclusion:Platelet transfusion in leukemia is likely to cause allergic reactions in patients.Therefore,effective nursing interventions should be given to patients,and symptoms of patients should be observed.Once allergic reactions are found in patients,timely and effective treatment and intervention should be given to patients,and effective nursing methods should be given,so as to ensure the safety of patients'lives.
