摘　　要：目的:研究急诊流程对急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)急救效率与质量的影响。方法:2018年2月-2020年2月收治ACS患者126例,随机分为两组,各63例。对照组给予常规护理;观察组给予急诊流程。比较两组临床疗效。结果:观察组诊断时间、开始冠状动脉再灌注治疗时间、发病到开始冠状动脉再灌注治疗时间、平均住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)和高敏心肌肌钙蛋白(hs-cTnT)水平均低于对照组,左室射血分数(LVEF)及舒张末期内径(LVEDD)水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生活质量各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:实施急诊护理流程后,能够改善ACS患者的急救效率与质量。Objective:To study the effect of emergency procedures on the efficiency and quality of first aid for acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Methods:From February 2018 to February 2020,126 patients with ACS were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 63 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care.The observation group was given emergency procedures.We compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results:The diagnosis time,the time to start coronary reperfusion treatment,the time from onset to the start of coronary reperfusion treatment,and the average hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB)and high-sensitivity cardiac troponin(hs-cTnT)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)levels were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The each item score of quality of life of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of emergency care procedures can improve the efficiency and quality of first aid for ACS patients.
