系统护理在甲状腺癌手术患者治疗中的效果观察及生活质量影响分析

摘　　要：目的:分析系统护理在甲状腺癌手术治疗中的效果和对生活质量的影响。方法:选取2019年1-12月接受手术治疗的甲状腺癌患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组采用常规护理;观察组采用系统护理。比较两组患者心理状态、生活质量和术后疼痛感。结果:观察组抑郁、焦虑、术后疼痛感评分均低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:系统护理用于手术治疗的甲状腺癌患者中,对心理状态和生活质量的改善作用明显,同时可降低患者术后的疼痛感。Objective:To analyze the effect of systematic nursing in the surgical treatment of thyroid cancer and its influence on the quality of life.Methods:From January to December 2019,100 patients with thyroid cancer who underwent surgical treatment were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 50 cases in each group.The control group adopted routine nursing.The observation group adopted systematic nursing.The psychological status,quality of life and postoperative pain of the two groups were compared.Results:The depression and anxiety scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the quality of life score was higher than that of the control group,and the postoperative pain score was significantly lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Systemic nursing for thyroid cancer patients undergoing surgical treatment has a significant effect on improving the mental state and quality of life,and at the same time,it can reduce the postoperative pain of the patients.
