摘　　要：目的:探究高压氧治疗脑部疾病昏迷患者的护理作用及安全性。方法:2018年5月-2019年10月收治脑部疾病昏迷患者200例,随机分为两组,各100例。观察组给予高压氧治疗和护理;对照组给予常规治疗。比较两组各项指标水平。结果:观察组干预后sICAM-1、sVCAM-1、FIB、T-PA、PAI、DD、TM水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过对脑部疾病昏迷患者实施高压氧治疗的同时开展针对性护理措施,能够显著提高治疗效果。Objective:To explore the nursing effect and safety of hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of coma patients with brain diseases.Methods:From May 2018 to October 2019,200 patients with brain disease in coma were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 100 cases in each group.Observation group was given hyperbaric oxygen treatment and nursing.The control group received conventional treatment.The levels of various indicators were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the levels of sICAM-1,sVCAM-1,FIB,T-PA,PAI,DD,TM and other indexes in the observation group were lower than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Through the implementation of hyperbaric oxygen therapy and targeted nursing measures for coma patients with brain disease,the therapeutic effect can be significantly improved.
