摘　　要：目的:探讨孕前优生检查降低新生儿出生缺陷的价值。方法:选取2017年8月-2018年8月育龄夫妇582例,作为对照组;选取2018年9月-2019年9月育龄夫妇586例,作为研究组。对照组未进行孕前优生检查;研究组进行孕前优生健康检查。比较两组妊娠及新生儿出生缺陷情况。结果:接受孕前优生健康检查的人群共检出疾病160例,其中生殖系统疾病2例,严重遗传性疾病70例,内科系统疾病88例;研究组终止妊娠42例,终止妊娠原因主要为先天性心脏病、神经系统异常、染色体异常、肌肉骨骼异常等。研究组新生儿出生缺陷发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对育龄夫妇实施孕前优生检查意义重大,可有效降低新生儿出生缺陷概率,利于提升新生人口质量。Objective:To explore the value of prepregnancy eugenics examination in reducing birth defects.Methods:From August 2017 to August 2018,582 couples of childbearing age were selected as the control group.From September 2018 to September 2019,586 couples of childbearing age were selected as the research group.The control group did not undergo prepregnancy eugenics examination.The study group conducted prepregnancy health examination.The pregnancy and neonatal birth defects were compared between the two groups.Results:160 cases of diseases were detected in the prepregnancy healthy examination population,including 2 cases of reproductive system diseases,70 cases of serious genetic diseases and 88 cases of internal system diseases.In the study group,42 cases of pregnancies were terminated,mainly due to congenital heart disease,nervous system abnormality,chromosomal abnormality,musculoskeletal abnormality,etc.The incidence of birth defects was significantly lower in the study group than the control group,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is of great significance to carry out prenatal examination for couples of childbearing age,which can effectively reduce the probability of birth defects and improve the quality of newborn population.
