摘  要:本文介绍了一种P波段连续波速调管的设计思路,采用粒子模拟软件MAGIC为设计工具,分别对双阳极电子光学系统、具有二次谐波腔的高频注波互作用系统和收集极系统进行了模拟,最后将优化好的子系统连接起来进行整管模拟。模拟结果表明在P波段中心频率为650 MHz时,工作电压为88 kV,工作电流为15 A,得到了大于800 kW稳定输出功率,效率大于61%,增益超过50 dB,-3 dB带宽大于10 MHz。The design idea of a P-band continuous wave klystron is introduced.By using the particle simulation software MAGIC,first the double anode electron optical system,high frequency beam-wave interaction system with second harmonic cavity,and collector system are simulated respectively,then the optimized subsystems are assembled and then the full-system simulation is carried out.The simulation result shows that with the operating current of 15 A and voltage of 88 kV,the stable output power is more than 800 kW,efficiency is more than 61%,gain is more than 50 dB,and-3 dB bandwidth is more than 10 MHz at the center frequency of 650 MHz.
