摘  要:为研究适用于电子限滑差速器(ELSD)的控制策略,以某款装配ELSD的对标车为基础,利用整车CAN信号测试工具获取关键参数并分析得到初步的控制规律,基于台架试验数据和液压理论,建立了ELSD数学模型并对对标车的控制规律进行优化,提出了基于阈值、模糊和PID控制方法的协调控制策略,并利用CarSim/Simulink开展联合仿真验证,结果表明,该控制策略能够充分利用ELSD主动限滑的特点,改善车辆动态性能。In order to study the control strategy applicable to Electronic Limited-Slip Differential(ELSD),benchmarking car with ELSD is taken as an example,vehicle’s CAN signal test tools are used to obtain key parameters,and obtain the preliminary control law by analyzing these parameters.Based on bench test data and hydraulic theory,mathematical model of ELSD is established and to optimize the control law of the benchmarked vehicle,further a coordinated control strategy based on threshold,fuzzy and PID control methods is proposed.Finally,the CarSim/Simulink co-simulation method are utilized for simulation verification.The results show that using this control strategy can make full use of the ELSD’s active limited slip feature and improve the dynamic performance of the vehicle.
