摘  要:基于四铰链变形理论推导了中空纤维的压溃载荷,利用有限元方法模拟分析了结构参数对中空纤维压缩行为的影响,探究其结构稳定性规律。研究结果表明,中空纤维的压溃不仅与压缩变形量有关,还与材料因子、结构因子有关;纤维内径相同时,麻纤维的屈服载荷最大(947.7 MPa),锦纶的则最小(28.237 MPa),羊毛、腈纶和醋酯纤维材料的较接近(100 MPa);中空度越大、纤维半径越小越容易被压溃;中空纤维的两向径向压缩行为表现出明显的阶段性特征,分别为圆形、椭圆形、跑道圆形、内凹花生形和8字形变化;压溃屈服不集中在某个点上,而是分布在椭圆压缩期到跑道圆压缩期的屈服过程中,只有当屈服积累到一定数量才会出现整体的压溃。本研究结果可为中空纤维结构稳定性调控提供一定的依据。Based on the four hinge deformation theory,the compressive collapse load of a hollow fiber was derived.The influence of structural parameters on the compression behavior of the hollow fiber was simulated and analyzed by using the finite element method,and the structural stability was also xplored.The results show that the compressive collapse of a hollow fiber is not only related to the compression deformation,but also to its material and structure.The compressive yield load of hemp fiber is relatively large(947.7 MPa),and that of nylon fiber is small(28.237 MPa),while those of wool,acrylic fiber and acetate fiber are quite similar to each other(100 MPa).The larger the hollowness is,or the smaller the fiber radius is,the more easily the compressive collapse occurs.The two-directional radial compression behavior of hollow fiber shows an obvious staged characteristics with different cross-section shape,which are circular,elliptical,racetrack circular,peanut shaped and 8-shaped respectively.The collapse is not concentrated on a certain point,but distributed in a yield process from elliptical-shaped stage to racetrack circular stage.Only when the yield load accumulates to a certain amount,the whole collapse of hollow fibre occurs.These research results can provide some basis for controlling the structural stability of hollow fiber.
