不锈钢氧化膜去除率及对Al镀层形貌的影响

摘  要:为探究金属表面氧化膜的去除程度对其离子液体镀Al形貌的影响,利用欠电位沉积(UPD)表征了氧化膜的去除率,并利用线性伏安法(LSV)、恒电位法、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)及扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等技术手段对其进行分析与表征。研究结果表明,阳极电解侵蚀能有效去除316L不锈钢表面的氧化膜。氧化膜对UPD有着重要影响,UPD电量与氧化膜去除面积成正比,可用这种比例关系来表征氧化膜去除程度。氧化膜的去除率显著影响Al镀层形貌,对于2μm的Al镀层,去除率小于40%时镀层不致密;随去除率增大,Al镀层中尺寸异常大的颗粒减少,孔洞减小。In order to explore the effect of removal degree of the metal surface oxide films on the morphology of Al coating deposited in ionic liquids,the removal rate of the oxide film was characterized by underpotential deposition(UPD),and it was analyzed and characterized by techniques including linear voltammetry(LSV),potentiostatic method,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).The results show that the removal of oxide films can be obtained by anodic electrolytic etching.The amount of electricity consumed in UPD is proportional to the removal area of oxide films,which can be used to characterize the removal rate of the oxide films.For the Al coating of 2μm thickness,the coating is not compact when the removal rate of the oxide films is less than 40%.As the removal rate increases,the number of abnormal grains in the Al coatings decreases and the voids become small.
