摘　　要：目的:探讨枸地氯雷他定辅助治疗慢性鼻窦炎患者的效果及对炎性因子水平的影响。方法:2018年5月-2019年6月收治慢性鼻窦炎患者80例,抽签分为两组,各40例。对照组行鼻窦内镜手术治疗;观察组在鼻窦内镜手术基础上联合枸地氯雷他定治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后临床症状(Lund-Kennedy)评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:枸地氯雷他定辅助治疗慢性鼻窦炎患者,可提高治疗效果,降低炎性因子水平,改善临床症状。Objective:To explore the effect of desloratadine ditrate disodium on chronic sinusitis and its influence on inflammatory factors.Methods:From May 2018 to June 2019,80 patients with chronic sinusitis were selected and divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group received endoscopic sinus surgery.The observation group was treated with desloratadine ditrate disodium combined with endoscopic sinus surgery.We compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,after treatment,the levels of IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-αwere significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the Lund Kennedy score after operation was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Desloratadine ditrate disodium in the treatment of patients with chronic sinusitis can improve the therapeutic effect,reduce the level of inflammatory factors and improve the clinical symptoms.
