观察左旋卡尼汀与常规抗心力衰竭药物联用治疗心力衰竭的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:观察左旋卡尼汀与常规抗心力衰竭药物联用治疗心力衰竭的临床效果。方法:2019年3月-2021年3月收治心力衰竭患者124例,按入院顺序分为两组,各62例。对照组给予常规抗心力衰竭药物治疗;试验组在常规药物基础上增加左旋卡尼汀药物治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后B型利钠肽(BNP)水平显著低于对照组,24h尿量及收缩压(SBP)水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后血清胰岛素样生长因子1(IGF-1)水平高于对照组,心肌肌钙蛋白T(cTnT)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未出现与药物相关的不良反应。结论:旋卡尼汀与常规抗心力衰竭药物联用治疗心力衰竭,具有明确的临床效果,可以促进患者心功能的改善,且具有较高的安全性。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of levocarnitine combined with conventional anti-heart failure drugs in the treatment of heart failure.Methods:From March 2019 to March 2021,124 patients with heart failure were selected,they were divided into the two groups according to admission order with 62 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional anti-heart failure drugs.The experimental group added levocarnitine drug treatment on the basis of conventional drugs.The therapeutic effect between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP)in the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group,and the 24 h urine volume and systolic blood pressure(SBP)in the experimental group were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of serum insulin-like growth factor 1(IGF-1)in the experimental group was higher than the control group,and the level of cardiac troponin T(cTnT)in the experimental group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no drug-related adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusions:Levocarnitine combined with conventional anti-heart failure drugs in the treatment of heart failure has a clear clinical effect,which can promote the improvement of patients'cardiac function,and has a high safety.
