摘  要:目的:分析优化核酸咽拭子采集流程的应用效果。方法:选取2020年2月10-13日进行核酸咽拭子采集的患者500例,作为对照组,采用常规采集流程。选取2020年2月14-20日进行核酸咽拭子采集的患者1292例,作为试验组,采用优化后的操作流程。比较两组应用效果。结果:采集时,试验组患者摘口罩呼吸时间低于对照组,屏气时间高于对照组;试验组患者呛咳发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用优化后的操作流程,可更好地保护医务人员和减少患者交叉感染。优化部分合理且患者配合度良好,可为医务人员执行此类疫情工作提供借鉴。Objective:To analyze the effect of optimization of collection process of novel coronavirus nucleic acid throat swab.Methods:From February 10-13,2020,500 cases of patients who underwent collection of nucleic acid throat swab were selected as the control group,they were used the routine collection process.From February 14-20,1292 cases of patients who underwent nucleic acid throat swab collection were selected as the experimental group,they were adopted the optimized collection process.The application effects of the two groups was compared.Results:During the collection,the breathing time of patients in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group when they took off the mask,the breath-holding time was higher than the control group.The incidence of coughing in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using optimized collection process can better protect medical staffs and reduce cross-infection of patients.The optimization part is reasonable and the patients'cooperation is good,which can provide a reference for medical workers to perform such epidemic work.
