观察甲磺酸帕珠沙星配合常规治疗对绿脓杆菌下呼吸道感染患者的疗效

摘　　要：目的:观察甲磺酸帕珠沙星配合常规治疗对绿脓杆菌下呼吸道感染的疗效。方法:2018年5月-2020年5月收治绿脓杆菌下呼吸道感染患者78例,随机数字表法分为两组,各39例。对照组采用常规治疗;观察组给予常规治疗+甲磺酸帕珠沙星治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组体温恢复正常时间、啰音消失时间及白细胞恢复正常时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后C反应蛋白(CRP)、血小板压积(PCT)等炎症因子水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:甲磺酸帕珠沙星配合常规治疗绿脓杆菌下呼吸道感染的效果显著。Objective:To explore the efficacy of pazufloxacin mesylate combined with routine treatment in patients with lower respiratory tract infection caused by Pseudomonas aeruginosa.Methods:From May 2018 to May 2020,78 patients with lower respiratory tract infection caused by Pseudomonas aeruginosa were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 39 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment.The observation group was given conventional treatment plus pazufloxacin mesylate treatment.We compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the recovery time of body temperature,rale disappearance time and leukocyte recovery time were shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,after treatment,the levels of CRP,PCT and other inflammatory factors were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of pazufloxacin mesylate combined with routine treatment in patients with lower respiratory tract infection caused by Pseudomonas aeruginosa is significant.
