高血压患者社区干预的效果及对依从性的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨社区干预对高血压患者的应用效果。方法:选取2019年2月-2020年2月社区高血压患者86例,所有患者均实施社区干预。采用问卷调查的方式,观察干预前后患者的依从性和血压水平。结果:干预后患者的饮食控制与运动、不良习惯改善、定期自测、自我管理及遵医用药评分均高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后患者的舒张压及收缩压水平均低于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高血压患者应用社区干预的效果显著,不仅可以改善服药依从性问题,还可以控制血压水平。Objective:To explore the effect of community intervention on patients with hypertension.Methods:FromFebruary 2019 to February 2020,86 patients with hypertension in the community were selected,all patients were treated with community intervention.A questionnaire survey was used to observe the patient's compliance and blood pressure levels before and after the intervention.Results:After the intervention,the scores of diet control and exercise,bad habits improvement,regular self-test,self-management and medication compliance were higher than those before the intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of patients after intervention were lower than those before intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of community intervention in patients with hypertension is significant,which can not only improve medication compliance,but also control blood pressure levels.
